ORDER AND DELIVERY
· Can I add products to a placed order?
Unfortunately we cannot add products to an existing order, instead we recommend that you place a new order. Please contact our customer service for related inquiries.
· I haven’t received my package yet – what do I do?
If you have received your tracking-ID, we urge you to directly contact your local USPS Office; USPS will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery.
If you have not received your USPS tracking-ID, please contact our customer service and we will look into this for you, immediately.
· I have received the wrong product/size or items are missing – what do I do?
If you receive your package and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as promptly as possible.
· When will I receive my order?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order as soon as they can. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking info via email. You should receive your order 10-14 business days thereafter. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays. Kindly note that the estimated delivery times (3-7 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Mon Doux Monde's and its courier’s control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, etc.
Additionally, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, new launches and drops, delivery times may be longer than usual.
· Is shipping free of charge?
For launch season/ drop 1 only we will be offering free ground shipping.

· What is your exchange policy?
We don't process exchanges. In the event of questions or assistance please contact our customer service.
· The item I bought is now on sale, can I have the difference refunded?
No, the prices displayed in the online shop are final and applicable to the timing of your placed order. All costs are clearly stated in the checkout process before your purchase. When proceeding with your purchase and placing your order, you accept the price and the Terms and Conditions.
· What is your return policy?
You have 7 days from when you receive your order to ship it back to us for a refund. Please follow this link to start a return. Please read the instructions below for full information.
At Mon Doux Monde, we aim to please! We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied, you may return your item/s, providing they meet all of our return requirements. Simply follow the return link on our site an enter your order number to receive a prepaid shipping label and process your return. You must use our return processing system for a full return.
Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached. A $5.99 return will be deducted from the credit amount. Even if 2 separate orders are placed in one box- there is a return fee per order.
The return must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order. (Day 1 starts the day USPS says its delivered, when day 7 ends it needs to be scanned by USPS.) We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.
If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions and returns from such customers at mondouxmonde.com. If we receive damaged items, items sent to us past the 7 day return period, or returns that were sent without using our return system- you will not receive a return or refund and you will not be contacted. As of now, we do not accept in person returns, it is by mail only. Your refund may take up to or longer than 10 days for us to process, and your credit card company can take additional time to post the return.
All sale items are final sale. Any item purchased with a discount or during a sale is final sale. There is no exchanges or refunds on an item purchased at a discounted price. Items that are reduced for clearance are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
