ORDER AND DELIVERY

· Can I add products to a placed order?

Unfortunately we cannot add products to an existing order, instead we recommend that you place a new order. Please contact our customer service for related inquiries.

· I haven’t received my package yet – what do I do?

If you have received your tracking-ID, we urge you to directly contact your local USPS Office; USPS will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery.

If you have not received your USPS tracking-ID, please contact our customer service and we will look into this for you, immediately.

· I have received the wrong product/size or items are missing – what do I do?

If you receive your package and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as promptly as possible.

· When will I receive my order?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking info via email. You should receive your order 3-7 business days thereafter. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays. Kindly note that the estimated delivery times (3-7 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Mon Doux Monde's and its courier’s control.These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, etc.

Additionally, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

· Is shipping free of charge?

Shipping costs apply, unless otherwise stated, and are subject to delivery location and weight of the parcel. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

· What is your exchange policy?

We ask customers wishing to exchange goods in an already placed or delivered order to return the goods wished to be exchanged, and place an new order with the correct item(s). In the event of questions or assistance please contact our customer service.

· The item I bought is now on sale, can I have the difference refunded?

No, the prices displayed in the online shop are final and applicable to the timing of your placed order. All costs are clearly stated in the checkout process before your purchase. When proceeding with your purchase and placing your order, you accept the price and the Terms and Conditions.

· What is your return policy?

At Mon Doux Monde, we aim to please! We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied, you may return your item/s in exchange for a store credit or refund. All returns must be authorized by email: info@mondouxmonde.com.
Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached. After receiving a return number, you may ship the items back to us, shipping costs on your behalf. A $5 restocking fee per item returned and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.
The return must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.  We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.
If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions and returns from such customers at mondouxmonde.com
All sale items are final sale. Items that are reduced for clearance are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
