RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

  • What is your exchange policy?

 

We don't do exchanges. In the event of questions or assistance please contact our customer service.

 

  • The item I bought is now on sale, can I have the difference refunded?

 

No, the prices displayed in the online shop are final and applicable to the timing of your placed order. All costs are clearly stated in the checkout process before your purchase. When proceeding with your purchase and placing your order, you accept the price and the Terms and Conditions.

 

  • What is your return policy?

 

At Mon Doux Monde, we aim to please! We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied, you may request to return your item/s. All returns must be processed through our return system, and meet our return requirements.. Please follow this link to begin your returns process. 

Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached. After receiving a return label, you may ship the items back to us. A $5.99 return  fee  will be deducted from the credit amount.

The return must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.  We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.

If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions and returns from such customers at mondouxmonde.com

All sale items are final sale. Items that are reduced for clearance are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Policies are subject to change without prior notice.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable.)

 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item returned and sent back to us passed the return allowance date will not be accepted.

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable.)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
