RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

  • What is your exchange policy?

 

We ask customers wishing to exchange goods in an already placed or delivered order to return the goods wished to be exchanged, and place an new order with the correct item(s). In the event of questions or assistance please contact our customer service.

 

  • The item i bought is now on sale, can I have the difference refunded?

 

No, the prices displayed in the online shop are final and applicable to the timing of your placed order. All costs are clearly stated in the checkout process before your purchase. When proceeding with your purchase and placing your order, you accept the price and the Terms and Conditions.

 

  • What is your return policy?

 

At Mon Doux Monde, we aim to please! We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied, you may return your item/s in exchange for a store credit, refund or replacement. All returns must be authorized by email: shoshana@blairanddave.com.

Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached. After receiving a return number, you may ship the items back to us, shipping costs on your behalf. A $5 restocking fee and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.

The return must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.  We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.

If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions and returns from such customers at boboketta.com

All sale items are final sale. Items that are reduced for clearance are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shoshana@blairanddave.com and send your item to: 988 East 18th Street Brooklyn New York US 11230.

 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
